How do you know when to clean?
You share your booking calendar with us once. We schedule a clean after every checkout automatically and confirm each one with you.
What if a guest checks out late or books same-day?
Text us and we adjust the time. For same-day bookings we prioritize your unit so it's ready before check-in.
Do I need to supply linens and cleaning products?
We bring all cleaning supplies. You keep your own linen sets in the unit, and we wash and rotate them. We can also restock guest supplies for you.
Who are your cleaners?
Every cleaner passes a background check and a paid trial clean, and is trained on our turnover checklist before working in your unit.
When do I pay?
Your card on file is charged on the day of each clean. Pay by bank transfer (ACH) and you save 3%. There are no contracts and you can stop anytime.
